As a Company MatchpointGPS (referred to as the said “Company”) is the first and only Company in the world to combine the precision and power of GPS with ease-of –use of on demand tracking via Mobile/Web Application Missed Call and to offer instant vehicle location from anywhere in the world. This Privacy Policy is designed to protect the data collected by the Company from its Users and the Company’s commitment to ensure the safety and protection of the data, how and why this data collected and used. The Company shall collect information from the User once the User fills out a form, Opens a Support Ticket or enters information on the Company site.

5. USE OF THE INFORMATION

The Company uses the information collected to operate, improve and personalize the product and services offered and to provide the service(s) the User has requested or authorized.

The Company also may use the information to communicate with the user, for example, informing the User when a subscription is ending, letting the User know when security updates are available or letting the User know when to take action to keep their account active.
