1. POLICY STATEMENT AND PURPOSE

The Company is committed to protecting its users (“Users”) privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to all data and personal information collected by the Company from the Users.)

This Privacy Policy is designed to protect the data collected by the Company from its Users and the Company’s commitment to ensure the safety and protection of the data, how and why this data is collected and used. Personal Information is information that identifies the User. examples of Personal Information the Company collects include but are not limited to: names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, driver information, IP address etc.

This Personal Information is obtained by filling out an online or physical form at the time of purchase of the Company’s tracking services. The Company collects the User’s Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing services to the Users, when the User downloads the mobile application or logs providing services to the Users. When the User downloads the mobile applications or logs onto the website/web application/mobile application, the Company may receive Personal Information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for the Users device.

Personal information that is sensitive in nature will be used by the Company: For the primary purpose for which it was obtained and for a secondary purpose that is directly related to the primary purpose with User consent; or where required or authorized by law.

The Personal Information is collected only with a view to provide a safe, efficient, smooth and customized User experience.

On purchase of subscription of the services by the User, we collect information with respect to Users credit/debit card or other bank account details. This information is also made available to our payment gateway partners and is governed by the privacy policy of such payment gateway partners.

  2. Contact numbers;
  3. Email Id;
  4. Vehicle Information;
  5. Driver information (if any), their duty and shift timings;
  6. Driver License and Photo;
  7. Address;
  8. Latitude and Longitude Coordinates;
  9. Credit Card/Debit Card Details (for renewal via payment gateway);
  10. Any or other such information that will be required by the Company.

The Company shall collect information from the User once the User fills out a form, opens a support ticket or enters information on the Company’s website.

4. USE OF THE INFORMATION

The Company uses the Personal Information collected to operate, improve and personalize the product and services offered and to provide the service(s) the User has requested or authorized (collectively referred to as “Products/Services”).

The Company also may use the Personal Information to communicate with the User, for example, informing the User when a subscription is ending, letting the User know when security updates are available or letting the User know when to take action to keep their account active.

The Company shall use the Personal Information collected from the User when they register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website/web app/mobile app, or use certain other site features to allow the Company to better service when responding to the User service requests.
